They are able to find elements within our communities that help them and play their game knowingly and unknowingly like ISIS, Al Qaida, these are all their creations and they surely have few more in pipeline.

There are factors that they did not expect for example involvement of Putin in Syria disrupted their plans, Turkish people taking to the streets to fail the coup apparently were not expected and thus disrupted their plans for Turkey and the middle east.

I understand what you are staying, but it raises the question why Pakistan never pushed for his extradition to stand trial? That regardless of MQM's criminal behavior, various political parties, including military governments, bank on them for political support.
