Nope.

There is a new Sniper Rifle Scheduled for Next Year. A new DARPA-funded electro-optical system which can calculate the ballistics and signal where to aim and ensuring a perfect shot, no matter the weather conditions.

It will measure atmospheric conditions, account for the weapon’s maximum effective range and include GPS coordinates. It’s also supposed to communicate with the rifle scope, informing the gun itself of the aim point offset and expected crosswind.

BORA 12 did not won any tender for sniper rifles in Pakistan. They only participated. Bora 12 did not got short listed in selection procedure. The project is put a side and will be considered again in future, fresh from new start.

Pakistan Armed Forces (Special Forces) are using Sniper Rifles from Accuracy International, UK .

This is not correct. I really don't know can you speak Turkish but in the video (which is in Turkish) no one claims that we have won the tender. They speak about how JNG-90 beats other contesters in trials.
Probably you can't speak Turkish, this means you are lying.

Pakistan Army recently held trials (June-July 2012) of various Sniper Rifles at Tilla Ranges near Jhelum. The trials were deemed inconclusive and Army has called for re-trials. The participants in these trials were Accuracy International, RPA International and MKEK. Therefore a new round of trials is now expected very soon. Army this year however does not intend to buy any new Sniper Rifles so we are now looking at perhaps 2013-14 before any clear winner of the Army 7.62x51mm NATO Sniper Rifle requirement winner comes out. Indeed the SSG is using the Accuracy International AI 7.62x51mm NATO Sniper Rifles since 2001-02 but the Army has not preferred the Accuracy International for its current requirement and after the recent round of trials held.
