What's new

Mit-Tech was able to print a layer of meat produced from stem cells without killing animals

Why are you assuming that the OP is the work of Allah (swt)?

It could be the work of Dajjal.

So humans settling Mars and eating lab-grown meat will also be the conspiracy of Dajjal ?

. .
Going by that logic, why did Allah give this organization the knowledge to produce the same meat as that from animals ?

Secondly, if we can avoid slaughtering animals, why not ? Especially, I say this again, in a food sensitive country like India ?

Thirdly, lab meat is the way to make available meat in near-future Mars colonies.

Fourthly, many current vegetarians may begin eating this meat since they know it is not from a live animal.

Agree with much of that.

Space exploration is just a red herring.

All these things are being pushed on us living on this earth by Dajjal.

Is the internet a creation of Dajjal ?

And are Elon Musk and the now-ended Mars One project minions of Dajjal ?

My post# 10.

Lol best of luck arguing with well frogs. How can you look for Halal meat when survival is the first issue outside earth? My guess is radicals will get stuck on earth. Science will leave them behind. This kind of technology is really useful for long long space travel.

From my understanding of the OP the source for this meat came from a cow ( halal ), though how I am not sure.

If the first samples of this lab meat are then put as the source of the next samples we can have a chain of never ending meat.

There is no question of halal or not even halal in this equation. No religious books could frame an rule for an technology that would have unheard of in last 20 years forget 2000 years.
Halal is simply an rule, on how an animal must be slaughtered for consumption. No animal is slaughtered in this case. Stem cells have to be taken from a living tissue. So how can the donor be halal? People trying to frame religious rules for those would.be idiots.

Yes but it is also the knowledge of what kind of animal the donor stem cells came from. In this case it is a cow which is halal. It would have been another matter if the donor stem cells were from a pig. Simple.
