Matiullah Jan in his v-log said that talking with the press in the SC complex after his recent visit to China, His Lordship Mr. Justice Yahya also touched the missing persons. According to Matiullah, His Lordship said that he had spoken with the agencies and a concerned Committee for their suggestions as to how best the issue could be resolved. Matiullah Jan showed his surprise that our justice system was seeking “suggestions” from others rather than solving the issue used the words that perhaps the judges “ہمت ہی نھی پکڑ پا رہے ” in solving the matter exactly in accordance with the law.
2. This too old from Fees-free municipality school with clerical mind has no wisdom like that of our Lordships, hence can’t think any wise but having 43 plus years experience abroad in Police Uniform finds the solution so simple.
3. Shaikh Rasheed Ahmed remained disappeared, in his own words “gone on forty-days chilla”. His family filed habeas corpus petition. When Shaikh Rasheed revealed he was on “chilla”, his petitioner family should had heavily been fined for filing a false petition. Matiullah Jan was picked up. He till date ہمت نہیں پا رہا to open his lips “full” who were his abductors. Don’t tell Matiullah Jan, Shaikh Rasheed or Imran Riaz type people could not recognize who were their hosts “serving” them during the stay. The first step towards the true diagnosis is that all these “returned-home” be summoned in the court, handed over to Mubashar Luquman’s referred Haveldar Allah Ditta of Goalmandi Police Station for “treatment”. All these would “فر فر “ in next fifteen minutes who picked them, “what the abductors wanted”, “What they desired” from these picked ones. This would lead to where the crux was.

Before that the most important needed “remedy” is that Islamabad and other concerned places DIGs, SSPs and SHOs are summoned in the court, their trousers removed and they be asked that when on each main corner of the city stood a check post how “ڈالے ” without number plates came, went back with additional load and why these check posts could not stop them.
5. “ اگر ہمت پکڑ کر ” our Lordships could do these two step in true letter and spirit, it would almost seventy percent lead to the disease and cure of this chronic problem.

Mysteriously when after lot of pressure from the courts, one fine morning Police informs the court that the missing had “returned-home”, under deliberate tactic immediately the case is disposed of and not surprisingly no court ever asks the Police why the “returned-home” was not produced in the court despite knowing police statements are often twisted or wrong. Had the court in judicious term any intent to deliver true justice on the universal doctrine “principles of natural justice” then it would not close the case without questioning the “returned-home” from where he had returned-home, with whom he was staying, what his host wanted from him etc. Closing abruptly the case justifies the wording of Matiullah that the judges “ہمت نہیں پکڑ پا رھے ہیں ”.

Abduction of brothers of journalist Ahmed Noorani byکچے کے ڈاکو Islamabad High Court had a habeas corpus petition on its table. The way the concerned judge dealt with the adjourned hearings raised dozen of more than serious questions for the judicious honest God fearing people raising “does our justice system judiciously intend to attend to such nature cases and had they, in the words of Matiullah Jan really ٹانگون میں ہمت .

If my Honourable Chief Justice is serious in “suggestions” then this retired 43 year police uniform experienced abroad respectfully suggests that My Lordship summoned “in person” the two brothers recovered from کچے کے ڈاکو along with their human rights activist Advocate to explain as to how کچے کے ڈاکو abducted them, what they wanted from them, what was their ransom demand, did they conveyed that demand to family back in Islamabad and most importantly after having been recovered why did not their mother thanked the police for recovery and why did not their advocate felt her legal responsibility to bring her clients before the Court for recording the events and facts of her clients abducted and recovered. Why is she deeply silent? It is a serious question.
9. Deliberating Matiullah Jan case, the Court directed authorities to draw police-sketches of the abductors with the help of abducted Mattiullah and published. Were those ever published? Through the eyes of this old having lost an eye in operation did not, however, pass. Did the court later enquired what happened after publication or most importantly did ever Matiullah Jan himself approached the court if its order was implemented or not? Did Ms. Mazari Advocate came to Court to ask the court to listen to her client having been recovered from کچے کے ڈاکو . The most amazing is that the بطل ھریت Ahmed Noorani who when criticizes Pakistan daily, venom poures out of his mouth, has not spoken even a word about brothers returned fromکچے کے ڈاکو . Why he is silent? Why lips of this بطل ھریت are sealed? The answer to is the real why missing issue is aggravating rather than any step forward to solution.
