The US regime should be more confident. Currently, their foreign policy is managed worse than a third world country.

I think US diplomacy went lunatic after the heavy failure in Syria under crushing Russian diplomatic IQ and management.

US diplomacy is in panic mode now. They are behaving like a teenager with raging hormone, rather than the solo superpower with supreme strategic planning. People around the world are not going to look up to USA the way they used to, starting from this administration.

I think the global laugh at the US at the UNGA meeting was a turning point. No leader, even US regime friendly media-demonized Gaddafi, was being laughed at that much.

Now I see countries, small and middle, getting bolder and not taking the US threats and fits of rage seriously.

The US decline in diplomacy making could be the result of putting ex-corporate executives and proven lunatic ideologues in the positions of power, like Pompeo or Bolton.

These old US men in power are angry, frustrated, demented, power-struck, and dying.

Very dangerous combination. The rest of the world needs greater wisdom to sit out this bred of politicians. The next bred of upcoming US politicians are more clownish and effeminate. They will be easier to handle.

US Secretary of State Michael Pompeo, who is a former CIA director, has admitted to an audience that the American spy agency trains employees to “lie, cheat and steal.”

“I was a CIA director, we lied, we cheated we stole… like, we had entire training courses. It reminds you of the glory of the American experiment,” Pompeo recently told an audience in College Station, Texas.

Pompeo’s stunning admission comes as he and US National Security Advisor John Bolton have vowed to strangle Iran and cut off all oil exports, accusing the Islamic Republic of trying to develop nuclear weapons and missiles.

Commenting on this, former US congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul said, “This tell me that something is seriously wrong. Already people are annoyed with the CIA and Justice Department over this 2016 election.

He added that the “astounding thing is he is sort of bragging about it. I think it’s a big joke.”

“I just hope that there are few more Americans besides us who are little bit annoyed with us at this type of thing,” Dr. Paul said while his co-host Daniel Mcadams nodded “yes”.

The veteran analyst said “this whole policy of putting these sanctions on Iran, I think this is a lot of arrogance and [Pompeo’s] statement, his quote demonstrates the arrogance which is so unnecessary and so damaging to our position in this country.”

“It is very sad to hear the clapping [from the audience] and it is also really disgusting for a leader, someone that young people look up to,” Mcadams added.
Last November, the US enforced sanctions targeting the Islamic Republic’s banking and energy sector. However, it agreed to grant waivers to China, India, Japan, Turkey, Italy, Greece, South Korea and Taiwan, allowing them to continue buying Iranian oil.

Earlier this week, the US government targeted Iran’s oil sector, ending six months of waivers.

The White House and Pompeo said the decision is meant to “bring Iran’s oil exports to zero” and deny the government “its principal source of revenue.”

“With the announcement today, we’ve made clear our seriousness of purpose,” Pompeo said during a press conference on April 22. “We are going to zero. How long we remain there, at zero, depends solely on the Islamic Republic of Iran’s senior leaders.

Well no surprise there, its the job of every intelligence agency. They operate mostly in grey areas not in black and white.

But the US is winding down at an extraordinary speed, Trumps election had removed mask from American belligerence for once and all, no more shinning light on the hill non-sense. American politicians along with corporate America is leading US down a rabbit hole. Still America wont stop being a sole super power in next 2 decades or so, it is and will be a powerhouse.
As the bulk of global GDP will shift towards Sino-Indian Region in next decade or so, the American supremacy will take further inevitable hit, and with EU countries starting to look away from US and towards each other for defence, things are bound to get more polarized. Those who believe that Trumps effect would subside once he leaves office, are just being overly optimistic. These are too significant of changes to undo once he leaves the office. So far the American system of check and balances had been working to some extent but if Trump gets another term, they wont survive him. And the way Establishment Democrats along with DCCC are behaving against progressive candidates, it seems they will shoot themselves again in the foot. Democrats are the only party that can snap a defeat from jaws of certain victory, all thanks to politicians like Pelosi, Schumer and Co.

That's news. Because they have recently told Latin American countries "We love you, China does not love you."

This was obviously a lie, part of their lying and cheating "glory."

And no body believes them. Are you following what Trump appointed members are doing in Central and South America. In Honduras they just passed a resolution ending pensions, increasing University fees and rolling back all healthcare reforms. America does treat Latin America as its own backyard and do treat them as they wish. At the end of the day the fault lies with Latin American leadership which dances to American tunes, if they dont they will be turned into another Venezuela.

That is non sense, if anything I would say Russians are the one propagating and supporting the rise of Right Wing Christian Supremacists, not the other way around.

Its unbecoming of a sole super power but as if we don't know about US ways of operating and imposing their will rightly or wrongly like a spoilt child is nothing new. Problem is after the Iraq first war US thinks it can win any war unlike the thinking was after the failure of Vietnam war. Web of lies was created for Iraq war, character assassination was done for the Libyan leader, portrayed Asad as a butcher of Syrian president and whole landscape of middle east was changed for the benefit of Israel. Now US is after Venezuela oil riches and it will continue for a while to benefit US and US allies and US companies. We all heard of from US visitors to our country the famous line DO MORE lol. Until the camel back is broken and poor animal legs are disintegrated that's how our PA was left with by our well wishers US friends very clever ploy eh. Thanks to their war on terror we ended up destroying our own economy and country was starved of any foreign investment which resulted in foreign debt we owe now. How they trap Mushraf into all this was nothing more then scandalous.

Yes, but again its our fault that we allowed ourselves to be dragged into this war. It was short term thinking based around fears and personal gains. There is a lot one could have learned from our neighbour i.e. Iran. We can disagree on their actions in the region but they did protect their interests and was able to glide through 2000's.
Where as we were thrown into a war we didnt need to be in, paid the heaviest price and yet being blamed for everything.
Imagine had we not lost a decade in this stupid war, we would be in a far better place than where we are now.
