When we came to Jammu :
1 Marlae costed 10,000 INR
Now the same piece of land costs 500,000 INR
Most people have bought 8+ marlae .
On average such land costs 4 Million INR .
Add Cost of House and most people will have 10 Million INR investment in land and House .
Now should we consider such a Family , Middle class or Rich ?
Even if the person alone only earns 500,000 INR per year but possess such property , will that person be a Middle class or Rich class . If its later , then many people in Jammu are crorpati .
It costed 80,000 INR in 1997 .
Now it costs 4,000,000 INR .
Which stat should we pick : The one from 1997 or the one from 2017 .
