When this time I visited Pakistan, my hearing was working around 50%. People had to literary shout in order to convey their message..

There is no focus on mental health in Pakistan. I am sure there are millions of undiagnosed psychotics walking around without any help and doing strange things. Most immediately gravitate towards extremism.

I believe taking SaaS bahu dramas and indian inspired masala news segments with loud music , sensationalism and flashing large tickers off the air would help reduce ever deteriorating national mental health considerably.
