The thing is that the BJP has a moral compass in the form of RSS who stays away from power but follows its own code.

SS or MNS has no such corrective mechanism. So they like the congress and the NCP, do what it takes. Only SS and MNS are more Pro Hindu than the other two 'secular' parties.
