Maritime technologies complex OR DESTO

Can any one guide me, which on is better for a Mechanical Engineer as SPS-08.
DESTO or MTC?
considering the future prospects, working environment, nature of Job, your contribution in work. etc..
i have gone through the previous replies, but i need fresh status and opinion of related persons.

Because it is the most cost effective way to move large quantities of raw materials & goods across the world; 90% of the world trade goes by the sea.

Marine Technology should encompass ship building & maritime systems for the military as well as the civilian use. Therefore in my view as a retired professional person; MTC should therefore offer wider field of job opportunities than a purely defence related establishment.

No one would like to spend his career in a job that becomes a ‘Chore’ after sometime. Hence a very important thing to remember is that you must like doing the work that you are doing.
