Fact 3 : RaghuRam Rajan in spite of being warned by his colleagues, approves the scheme.

Fact 4 : This scheme benefited 13 companies including ones by Nirav Modi & Choski.

Monetory policy is a key component when it comes to growth which RBI handles. You really don't know about economics, you better keep silent. In any case, it is the contention of OP that a policy was okay'ed by raghuram that resulted in a scam. And he is right, either he is involved or was really poor at seeing through the economics of the scam. Either way, he should be prosecuted.

Without nationalized banks, would you think any of the private banks would bother about our rural areas. I am sorry you don't seem really grasp what has happened with Nirav Modi scam. It is called supply and demand. if the need for capital arises the private sector will provide it
