i m sorry to hear this.... but you will have to delete your **** collection on your HDD to resolve this problem...:P

the pics might be hotlinked from a place flagged by microsoft/avg/ chrome ?
 
Its the chrome browser that is flagging Malware warning.Mozilla and IE has no problem.
 
The warning is actually about a website called Failfunies.com
The page you mention is linked to that website,probably a hotlinked image as @ANTIBODY suggested...
