Thailand, Vietnam and a few other Asian countries have more female, and as more and more people are accustom to different cultures, western women, Eastern European, South American are becoming an option.

The world Sex ration is about 101 male to 100 female, so is the problem really as big as it seems.

I been hearing things from the media in America, Europe like this is the end of China and soon 10 percent Chinese men will die alone or rape will go up.

What do everyone here think?

In china the ratio favors men (in numbers)...
118 to 100

Chinese families have long favoured sons over daughters, meaning the country now has a huge surplus of men. In the early 1980s there were 108 male births to every 100 female, only slightly above the natural rate; by 2000 that had soared to 120 males, and in some provinces, such as Anhui, Jiangxi and Shaanxi, to more than 130. The result is that more than 35 million women are "missing".

Though Asian communities tend to marry within their own community at higher percentage than non-Asian communities--I think according to some stats I've seen in the past. Although there are some Asian communities that are an exception to this i.e Filipinos.

As for is this problem as big as it really seems, I think for the respective countries facing an acute imbalance between male vs female ratio yes it is, particularly countries with higher males to females where this trend has been continuing for years. You can't always rely on neighboring countries with higher females to males to compensate for your imbalance, that's my opinion.

Human Beings are very adaptable.

Maybe the chinese will learn to adapt as well.

Chinese men might band together to form " SHARE A BRIDE" Associations.:D

in 2010, the fifth census, male /female=105.2/100, while in 2000, male /female=106.74/100, down 1.54

I don't think this is a big problem, some people hide the female babies registered residence to give birth a male baby, when they had a male baby, they will register the female baby and turned over fine, so some female babies are not registered residence, but they are there
