I don't see any thing wrong with this as its not costing GOP much to have the highway build plus create tax revenue and jobs.

Man i think your gov want to create infrastructure...but dont have money to do so...wht they are doing is actually is brining investment on roads and tht money is collected by company who constructed the road through tax....same happens in india

Pakistan does have money. Its just that the political leaders are incompetent and corrupt. The solution is to have elections on a regular basis so that those who are booted out by military are booted out by people.
In Musharraf's time, economy grew by 8%. However military rule is not solution. It creates more problems than short term solutions.
