Major terror bid foiled: Police arrests three suspects, recovers 3800 kgs of explosives near Taxila

All this is thanks to open border from Iran to Afghanistan & presence of Afghan refugees in Pakistan.

Taxila (Near Sangjani) has active mining/rock sites in the hills for obtaining gravel and other construction related material..Am sure the explosives were acquired legally with the purpose of blowing the rocks but someone tried to ship it out and got caught..The vehicle for sure would be some pickup. Previously such incidents have been heard in and around that area but nonetheless excellent job by Intelligence services!

What kind of car is this to carry 3.8 tons of cargo?

my first thought was the same, hence tagged @Bratva but i think he overlooked the mistake too.....looks to me a case of misreporting
