What's new

Made in Vietnam products are prefered by consumers!!!

tpp not allow even materials from China.
You can import coton from Indian and make yarns in Vietnam, this product can be used in export products.

Stupidity reaches a new height. There are people who gloat about a treaty that takes away their souvereign rights to trade with whoever they want to.
You are true in a half part of idea. I want have free in trade, it is a half, but I don't want trade with chinese.

. . . .
Who are Vietnam's top five trade partners as of 2014?
Here is my wish, and I guess in the near future trade between Vietnam and China will decrease.

They are VN users in PDF, everything they did is anti-China.
For god sake, just leave us away.

If you feel comfortable with made in Vietnam, it's good for you.

Personally I do not have so much hatred for the Chinese. If China return two Paracels and Spratlys to Vietnam, I guarantee most of Vietnam (including me) will be very precious Chinese.

very stupid thread with all stupid comments. I encourage my countrymen, especially BoQ to stop producing such rediculous fkcing threads, with incorrect data. actually the campaign "buying vietnam products" exists since years. that is not new. Joining TPP does not mean we stop trading with China. It is just how merchandises will be taxed.

Otherwise would mean we stop trading with America after we join Russia led custom union.

In total trading:
1. China
2. The US
3. EU as a whole
4. Japan
5. Asean or South Korea, I'm not sure

China is still No.1 trading partner and will still be for foreseeable future.

It's good to buy something made by yourselves. But there're many high-quality commodities in China, of course they will be more expensive because of higher wages.
You are right, many of Nike sold in china are made in Vietnam, too. I think you should be very clear about these clothing brand's plan such as nike.

Don't forget Canada. I just bought a Nike shoe made in Vietnam. It's not very good moisture remover though. My feet get wet and very uncomfortable after a long period of use.

Nike, like many American companies are terrible people.

see my answer above.

Thanks guys @AViet & @Viet ! Well , as I expected, Vietnam is bound to both Asean and China through a flourishing trade between these two states. If relations can be fostered and cultured, there's no reason why trade between Viet Nam and China cannot flourish even further. Am I right? I doubt the Chinese side look to or even plan for a confrontation , militarily, with the Vietnamese side. And as various partners become active in the region (SCS), the possibility of maritime cooperation may presumably increase.

Nationalism aside, there's no reason why Viet Nam and China cannot develop peacefully. In fact I wish the best for both sides.
