Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz-e-Haqooq-e-Pakistan, sounds familiar to something else also, Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Baluchistan, it seems the guys were impressed by this slogan.

Anyhow, if they had sent SMS as a warning, it should be pretty easy to trace them down and apprehend the culprits.

Instead of blowing things, why don't they educate people and ask them to not do bad deeds, why blowing up and killing/injuring people.

No. It's the "moral brigade" on the loose. This is not the first time. They do these small explosions under different names to stop "unethical activities" of the people.
