Looking for a DJ Music - Help

Hi I heard this music playing in Liberty Market Lahore in a campaign of Cancer Care Hospita & Research center, The DJ was playing it on the float... I tried to search it around youtube but couldn't find it as I didn't had any artist name or initials for song...

The music is somewhat similar to this track :

daddy yankee perros salvajes

but without any lyrics but after some time someone says "whooa" and that's it....

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
