Long Range Cruise Missiles which everycountry can produce are converted from retired fighters or used with old turbojet engines.
Who dont want to have missiles with 2000km for a few costs?
China converted retired J-5 fighters to cruise missile with range 2000km.
Also they converted J-6 fighters to UAV. It costs only 700-000yuan.

The USA converts retired F-16,F-14 to drone QF16 and QF4 which are ground attack capable with HARM missiles.
Which SAM sytems can stopped remote controlled F-4 with HARM missiles.
The USAF can control six QF-4 at the same time by computers. You dont need high level fighter pilots.
For the Turkish Army ideal candidate is QF-100 super sabre which TurAF still reserved 100's.
If we convert these 100p. retired f100s to cruise missile, we will have 100 cruise missiles with range 2000km no spending billion dollars.
Retired Cruise Missiles
If today somecountry had a retired cruise missile of the USA, The country could be reel threat for a lot of others.
I think producing these missile not sensible but convert old planes to cruise missiles more efficient.
Retired fighter engines might be used for the long range missile.
For example
MGM-13 MACE
This missile has turbojet engine 24kn which used in the fplanes:
Lockheed P-80 Shooting Star
Lockheed T-33 Shooting Star
Lockheed F-94A/B Starfire
It has terrain radar, internal navigator, range 2000km weight 8ton.
And Jet Assisted Take Off gives opportunties for quick attacks.
