Law360, New York (October 28, 2014, 1:01 PM ET) -- A Lockheed Martin Corp. unit has won a $487 million modification for an option year on a U.S. Air Force contract providing for sustainment of the F-22 fighter jet program, the U.S. Department of Defense said Monday.
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co. won the modification to exercise an option year to a previously awarded contract for sustainment activities for the F-22 program, with work to be performed at the unit’s Fort Worth, Texas, headquarters, according to the DOD.
