It's a sniper pod if i'm not mistaken.

LM usually posts the most recent recent shots.

This particular airframe was one of the last ones handed over to PAF as part of the ex-NSAWC airframes stored at AMARG. And at that time was not MLU'ed. Infact it was MLU'ed in Turkey at a later stage.

This particular aircraft was delivered to PAF in 2015.

Hmmmm. The PAF's iL-78 might be related that was spotted in the US this September.
