Load Shedding in Punjab

People are suffering at the hands of the Pakistan Electric Power Company (PEPCO) and the Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), as the 4,700 megawatt electricity shortfall has triggered up to 20 hours of load shedding every day in some areas.
Sindh and NWFP are against Dam but more load shedding in Punjab???
