Court grants bail to ailing Pakistani former PM Sharif

No matter how Pakistanis think of him, he is one of China's best friends and was very nice to China during his office, we hope him well and have a speedy recovery.

Friendships extend beyond people. China-Pak friendship is on a state level. Nawaz Sharif had nothing to do with with it. China has the Pak Army to thank for CPEC without whom not an inch of road would've been built.

Since his removal progress on all projects on CPEC went downwards as PM IK announce public-ally and foolishly to reexamine all agreements on CPEC at the beginning of his tenure last year, acting solely on the whims of his selectors who thinks CPEC implementation would give civilian leadership more space in Pakistani public then their own. Sad state of affairs.

If it meant less corruption on national projects; so be it. We have to repay the chinese for their investment. Until NS declares and proves that he built CPEC out of his personal pockets (which he has looted from the state anyway), or that he is willing to sell his family to pay for CPEC; he does not have credit to it. It is a state to state initiative and no amount of yapping on media says otherwise.

• The Islamabad High Court should follow the precedent set by SCP in granting bail to Nawaz on medical grounds earlier this year that he is allowed bail for 2 months but will return to jail after getting medical treatment and cannot go abroad. (@Farah Sohail remember how Justice Khosa did do all of us a favor by setting this precedent when medical bail looked like a watershed at that point? )
• Now if Islamabad High Court decides to go one up on LHC and itself allows Nawaz freedom to do anything then we can all draw our own conclusion.
• The scared to sh!tt!ng in their pants government however wants to get rid of Nawaz from Pakistan now like a dog from a flea, lol.

On Tuesday, the court will allow bail to Nawaz Sharif on medical grounds.
Why?

• Because it is written in law that if any jailed criminal asks for bail due to health condition that is verging on death then he/ she must be granted bail.
• The Government did not oppose bail plea in Lahore High court yesterday
• It is likely that the Government will not oppose bail plea in Islamabad High court also.
• If the Government does not oppose bail plea then the bail is guaranteed for sure.

• The Lahore High Court wrote in detailed judgement (which incidentally comes within 24 hours too, lol) that Nawaz can go abroad if medical board so recommends. (no one asked the LHC to give permission on going aborad, lol ???)

Nawaz is 70 years old crook who is encircled by nearly 12 life threatening ailments because of his old age. No amount of pampering here in Pakistan or Abroad in London can defeat death when it is time to meet your maker. The rest is pure drama, pomp and ego of a crooked man, looking to safeguard his fake legacy and ill gotten wealth that shall do him no good here or hereafter, in sha Allah.

For all those who feel sad by looking at pictures of a depressed Maryam or ailments of Nawaz...Have some sympathy for the thousands of poor Pakistanis suffering in pathetic conditions around the country because these very politicians along with their henchmen(, and corrupt generals who nurtured them or looked the other way while they) looted the ordinary citizens of Pakistan from basic health care and right to live a respectable, healthy life, while amassing their considerable ill gotten wealth abroad.

PS do watch the following program and how Hamid Mir the Merasi Anti Pakistan journalist who got award from Sheikh Haseena for his fathers services in creation of Bangladesh... is almost on the verge of tears for Nawaz Sharif...maybe he is doing all this in HOPES for an opportunity to get another such award for himself from Maryam Nawaz Sharif for services rendered... May Allah forbid and keep Pakistan safe from this Mercenary Journalist.

They should counter question the judge that if a judge sentences someone to jail time, will the judge be responsible for the health of the prisoner!?

Jail is meant to be hardship for the crime, and health deteriorates due to hardship.

I understand your concern and pain, trust me the tribal/warrior side of me really wants to destroy this damn system, which has created such w*ores as found in LHC and IHC and the media, etc; but the wisdom of over 3000 years of family history tells me all this is against the nature itself, mother nature has a way of re balancing (we call it Allah ki Lathee) the time is almost upon us when we will see our country cleansed from this infestation of cowards and traitors.
