While frameworks are good, I suggest to learn JS properly and initially build simple websites with vanilla JS, HTML and CSS. Someone who has mastered JS will learn frameworks rather easily. But learning programming with frameworks is a sort of half baked attempt. Sorry, OP there is no easy path.

Once you are comfortable with CSS basics, move to SCSS or similar. The rigor really helps. Now there is Tailwind CSS too, I just had a glimpse, but don't jump into these without first mastering CSS.

Project, projects, projects. Do as many as you can.
