A not so intelligent decision. Elected representatives should not always go with majority wishes. That's why they are called "Leaders" of a state or nation. People has given them responsibility to take mature decisions, and not majoritanism decisions.
Referendrums are no good in a emotional country like India. Only if mandela had conducted an referendrum on various issues SA would have been in drain by now. He convinced the black people to work with whites instead of seeking constitutional revenge.

What certain point? Just like the Garba Graha of any temple, in that dargah too they have a fenced barrier for all visitors except those administering the tomb. This is what I have experienced there.

Sabrimala does not have unrestricted access to women given that all menstruating age women are barred, that is literally 50% of the female population, so please check your sentence construction.
