Mate we all know its quit hard to do r&d with out money and telent.
We got enough telent but money was problem in 90's and early 2000's, thats a major reason for lca to be so back word in time-line.
But now the money is not a problem we are seeing enough speed in r&d in new weapon system.
Just take the example of lch-and-alh.

What is this our Air Force doing....
Now America is going to place an order of 1000 jets , most probably with an assembly line in USA.
Just imagine how much business it would give India.
Let's just hope Hafiz saeed and ISI don't embarrass us by shooting down the jet. We would be declared a terrorist state and all the sanctions are put on us.
The pm must control ISI, for ISI would certainly do something bad with this jet.
ISI who funds houthi rebels in Yemen, isis in Syria and Iraq and Afghanistan (that even attacks pakistanis), Boko Haram terrorist, afghan taliban and all the other terrorist on the earth... All these organizations are headed by Hafij shaeed of lashkar toiba.
They would on the directions or ISI would attack the jet.
