UK visa of Malik Riaz and his sons were revoked by UK Home Office thanks to PM Imran Khan's advisor Shahzad Akbar who returned £190 million to Malik Riaz after NCA gave it to Pakistan. Shahzad Akbar acted as advisor and benefactor of Malik Riaz. Visas were revoked 2 years ago.
NCA started an investigation into Malik Riaz after he purchased Hyde Park property from Hasan Nawaz Sharif. NCA investigated both & it was established that Hasan did clean business and got a clean chit from NCA because he had a full money trail but Malik Riaz didn't have.
Malik Riaz had appealed against his visa cancellation and now the immigration judge has ruled that his visa to the UK will not be restored, visas of all his family members are cancelled too. Malik Riaz should blame Shahzad Akbar for getting him in this mess.
