Well this December, my water bill was at 200, electricity bill was pretty high at 400, my gas bill was also high about same as my electricity. Usually i blame the Christmas lights and just my tendency to keep lights on in my house. Summer time is usually expensive for me because i have the AC on all the time. How much are you spending on your utilities , anyways?

These folks are used to the comforts of life. They may be survivalist, but the short food supply will run out with no electricity in winter, its not going be easy. A survivalist training or know-how is of no use if you can't go outside for hunting or foraging.
They are hoping to create a public awareness to whatever their real cause is. Its a lot easier to send in a negotiator to talk these guys out of their self created predicament, then sending the Feds in guns blazing effectively killing Hillary's chance to be elected.
I have Comcast Xfinity as my phone/ cable/ internet provider and i'm paying 250 a month. and i have the at&t home security system, it comes with my at&t cell phone service (added cost). i know buddy, really gotta consolidate these costs.
They will give within 2 weeks time. This is only an issue due to presidential election season. Correct, buddy.

Keep in mind my house is 10 years old so it is super-insulated (including the windows) and with two kids its 72F to 74F year round.
for the last 12 months...
gas: $1256 (furnace, gas fireplace, range, convection oven, dryer, water heater)
electric: $1614 (A/C, 52" tv on 8 hours/day, outdoor lights on all night)
water: $915 (and that's with a garden and babied lawn)
that's $315/month...and you are paying $400 just for your gas bill....yikes!
Things to do:
Insulate the entrance to your attic. After that tape it shut with blue painter's tape.
The standard hallway ceiling fixture has dual 100W bulbs. If your upstairs and downstairs hallways each have 3 fixtures you are burning 1200W (that's almost like having your microwave on). Go buy yourself some motion detector night lights. I have them all over my house (have to put all those outlets to good use). I rarely turn my hallway lights on anymore.

Maybe this is not religious terrorism but it is terrorism to take a federal building as a hostage.
The US is only free and democratic as long as their president or their corporate government is not questioned.

They've been lecturing us on tolerance and equality which we have tens of hundreds of times more than them for millennia and now they have been doing all sorts of political abuses on their populations, triggering into gun-totting lunatic right wing christian fundamentalist terrorists and yet defending them as 'armed militia' as if they are some drunk college kids after a frat party.
US is nothing close to the true sense of democracy.
