What the heck was KPK buying that billion could be siphoned-off? Considering a 50% fraud, ho authorized 3.6 billions worth of arms purchases? and for what purpose? hy are all these frauds discovered after the incident has occurred? can't they come up with an oversight mechanism and multi-layered approval system to catch such huge frauds at the outset.

Good arrest them all, everyone who looted should be behind bars and money should be recovered even if we have to sale their bones..
