I don't understand all this, there is no point of doing all this, when no terrorists & criminals are getting punished. Instead when the police or any institute of Army does something they are arrested, trialed, humiliated & sentence to death, we saw it in the past. Where as the rented terrorists are walking freely & are doing what ever they want to do as they know spineless judges & politicians will let them go.
