Hmm.. So sad to hear that..would have like PMLN to grab some seats
But JUI will align with PMLN so all is good

very bad result for PPP. Looks like there has been seat adjustment in between PMLN and JUIF, that is why JUIF has abled to won that many seats. btw dawn now reporting that PTI has a thin lead over JUIF now.

Well u know pashtuns take revenge, and they know diesel is the biggest enemy of IK, so they voted diesel lolz.

People were calling PTI a Pashtoon backed party and KP a "Stronghold" of PTI. And pointed them out multiple times that neither are Pashtoon "workers" of PTI nor is KP a Stronghold. Whenever PTI failed to deliver it will be gone. And now you all see it. Btw local bodies elections are in local areas hence it is expected that non-traditional politicians will win such elections. And it doesn't matter much which party they belong to. Majority of the winners will be independent.


In 2018 general election, people were supporting PTI against PMLN, PPP and ANP as they were either considered corrupt or incompetent. But as global inflation, pandemic etc increased prices and people got frustrated from even PTI. This time majority were thinking "no political leader or party is going to deliver so it's better to give vote to a religious party candidate atleast they won't do much harm , also let's buy jannah with vote". That's why you see majority voting for JUI

Pashtuns did lift PTI but pashtuns mostly are independent ppl and not blind followers. They will support a party if it performs well, if not, they will throw it in the dustbin. IK thought pashtuns will always support him, this slap should wake him up.
Also these local elections were different. A mayor for tehsil was directly elected. Usually a tehsil is same area as an MPA. The city mayors are even huge areas, for example mayor peshawar area is more than 2 MNAs. So this election was very similar to legislative election and its basically what PTI deserved. They will get an even worst thrashing if they dont improve things.
What i observed is ppl didnt vote for jannat, pashtuns are way smarter than wat u ppl think. It was a revenge against PTI and best revenge is to vote in the worst enemy of PTI.

KPK is belongs to PTI

This is a wrong assumption. KPK doesnt belong to anyone, we are never blind followers, neither in politics nor in religion. The only way you can earn vote from KPK is by performance. When PTI perdomed well, they got 2/3rd majority, whwn they didn't, they got thrown out.
