متن طرح «الزام دولت به غنی‌سازی اورانیوم حداقل ۶۰ درصد»

لذا تولید اورانیوم با غنای حداقل 60 درصد جهت استفاده بعنوان سوخت رآکتورهای هسته‌ای در پیشرانه‌های کشتی‌های و زیردریایی‌ها، می‌تواند مصداقی آشکار از توانمندی نظام و نخبگان جوان ایران اسلامی در رفع نیازهای ضروری خود و حرکت به سمت تعالی کشور باشد.

دلایل توجیهی

با توجه به دلایل توجیهی زیر دولت می‌بایست اورانیوم با غنای مورد نیاز شناورهای دریایی که امکان استفاده از سوخت هسته‌ای را دارند تولید نمایند.

1- بیش از 90 درصد از تجارت ایران از طریق دریافت صورت می‌گیرد.

2- تمام نفت صادراتی کشور که منبع اصلی درآمد کشور است از طریق دریا دریافت می‌شوند.

3- بین بندرهای صادرکننده نفت ایران بخصوص خارک تا بندرهای مهم تجاری دنیا هزاران کیلومتر فاصله وجود دارد.

4- با توجه به محدودیت منابع سوخت‌های فسیلی و همچنین تولید حجم بسیار بالایی از ماده سولفور در نتیجه استفاده کشتی‌ها از سوخت فسیلی، حرکت به سمت استفاده از سوخت‌های پاک مانند سوخت هسته‌ای ضروری است.

5- با توجه به تحریم‌های شدید نفتی آمریکا و غرب و اینکه این کشورها به نفتکش‌های سایر کشورها اجازه حمل نفت ایران را نمی‌دهند و از طرفی لزوم صادرات نفت کشور، ناگزیر به استفاده از کشتی‌های داخلی هستیم که هم ظرفیت بالایی برای حمل نفت را داشته و هم امکان طی مسافت زیاد بدون سوخت گیری مجدد را داشته باشند.

6- برای انجام چنین صادراتی دو موضوع حائز اهمیت است:

الف- وجود کشتی‌های غول‌پیکر که گنجایش حجم بالای نفت را داشته باشند.

در این خصوص با توجه به ساخت ناوشکن جماران و کشتی افراماکس که از جمله کشتی‌های غول‌پیکر به حساب می‌آید توسط متخصصان داخلی، این امکان وجود دارد که در صورت نیاز کشتی‌های نفت‌کش غول‌پیکر نیز در داخل ساخته شود.

ب- موتوری که بتواند بدون نیاز به سوخت‌گیری مجدد در مسیر، کشتی‌ها را به مقصد برساند.

در این خصوص تنها استفاده از سوخت‌های هسته‌ای در رآکتور پیشرانه کشتی چنین امکانی را به وجود می‌آورد و کشتی‌هایی که از رآکتورهای هسته‌ای بعنوان موتور استفاده می‌کنند تا چندین سال نیاز به سوخت‌گیری ندارند.

7- نیاز کشتی‌های فوق به موتورهایی که حدالمقدور حجم کمتری داشته و نیاز به باز شدن و تعمیر در طول دوره استفاده نداشته باشند که چنین موتورهایی تنها از سوخت هسته‌ای و غنای میانگین 60 درصد استفاده می‌کنند.

8- نیاز مبرم زیردریایی‌هایی بزرگ به استفاده از رآکتورهای هسته‌ای و سوخت هسته‌ای

Senior Lawmaker: Iran Needs 60% Enriched Uranium for Submarines

EHRAN (FNA)- A senior Iranian legislator said the bill which requires the government to enrich uranium up to the 60-percent grade has been presented to the parliament's presiding board by 100 MPs because Iran needs to provide nuclear fuel for its submarines.
Rapportuer of the parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Hossein Naqavi Hosseini said on Wednesday that based on the plan the government will be required to enrich uranium to 60-percent level to provide fuel for submarines and other facilities in case the western anti-Iran sanctions are intensified (against the Geneva deal between Iran and the world powers on November 24).

A hundred Iranian lawmakers on Wednesday signed a draft bill and presented it to the Presiding Board of the parliament which will require the government of President Hassan Rouhani to enrich uranium to the 60 percent grade.

“If the bill receives the (parliament) approval, the government will be required to complete the nuclear infrastructures in Fordo and Natanz (installations) in case sanctions are intensified (against Iran by the West), new sanctions are imposed, Iran's nuclear rights are violated or the Islamic Republic of Iran’s peaceful nuclear rights are ignored,” member of the parliament’s Energy Commission Seyed Mehdi Moussavinejad told FNA yesterday.

Moussavinejad said that based on the plan, in case of increased sanctions against Iran and violation of Iran’s rights to use peaceful nuclear technology, “the government will be necessitated to launch Arak heavy water reactor and also increase the level of uranium enrichment to 60% to provide the fuel needs of Iranian vessels engines”.

Well these are sad but its not too much always we can support a national operating system .
What is sad is that some years ago SAIran began producing electric component like transistor capacitors and resistors and so and no company bought anything from them and decided to buy lower quality foreign components instead of higher quality iranian ones .
Well that even can be remedied if there is . the biggest loss is what happened with Parsé Semiconductor Co. In 2003 the company was founded and in 2006 they design and produced processor core called Aristo and latter a chip that based on those cores called Tachra and they even provided a development suit for it. The core used SPARC architecture and its said that the core could compete with the rest of the available similar cores of the time . well nobody supported them only some lip service on how good they are and everybody must be like them . later the company vanished and guess what in 2017 we made a contract with Russia to buy SPARC chips from them.

I was joking dude. There are ways to prevent any spying from being done provided you have thorough sniffers and watch guards on the tcp/ip's network, transport and internet layer. But then again, why bother with that at all when you can use open source linux operating systems where you can check the code directly your self to ensure no spying and then build and deploy all you want.

pretty sure parse semiconductor was absorbed by SAIran after it went silent.
