His policies and promises are anti development but lets hope he will learn as he rules. People of Delhi voted for someone who promised to change the way politics work in India, give more power to individuals and end corruption. If he does even a little of that on the state level and the development part taken care by the central, then we may see a good change in Delhi and India.

So the policies that he propounded on making Delhi World Class City, removing black areas with lighting, making it 'startup capital' by removing roadblocks to set up business, are all 'anti development'. You even know what the election manifestos say?
