Well as IK pointed out India is the last nation on earth to cry foul about human rights violations.

Human rights violations if any in Kashmir is an internal matter for India and will come under Indian human rights watch.

This case is an international one and will be brought in front of UN.

What BS, so when Saddam was gassing the Kurds, it was Iraq's internal matter right? Why did US get involved? Why is US getting involved in Syria's 'internal matter'? You never say that about America...

Because both Saddam and Assad were and are dictators and it's them that's doing the killings, Indian Human Rights were the one's who reported a few excesses in Kashmir at the hands of the soldiers and most were found to be terrorists and their sympathizers, a few died but the army officers went to trial for it.

If torture was committed,it was wrong.
Although geneva convention didnt apply here and no point in going to the UN.
In this case if GOP offers financial compensation and an apology. I will support the move.
But thats a perfect world scenario and highly unlikely.
