There is a large majority of Shia Muslims in Kargil, adjacent to our Skardu border. They are different from the people of the Valley(pure Kashmiris) and are not very pro Pakistan. The person who has attached this video in his tweet must be high on something this is definitely not Kashmir or Kargil

I'm sure it's Kargil. Look at the architecture, exactly like Srinagar.Yaar I am not one of those who have any desire to enter in a measuring competition or something like that, my mom comes from a family where almost half are Shi'ite Naqvis/Jaffris and Moosvis, I know of very few families despite originating from Afghanistan or Iran who speak farsi, and usage of farsi/persian as a written language is far from reality.
My family's forces background knows almost every tribe/terrain and I am absolutely certain in my assertion that this video is not from Kargil. I don't really care if they are pro pakistan or pro india, there are many covert and overt anti pakistan element in Pakistan as well.
The person who has attached this video in his tweet must be high on something this is definitely not Kashmir or Kargil, in either case the banner must have been either in Indian script (hindi) or english or Urdu but it is persian.
The people don't look like kashmiris they look like rather Iranians their dress too isn't kashmiri.
