It is good when builder builds with planning on city wide level or community / community base development vs a small time builder

Hope same company is also given contract to redo the coastal city area

I smell left wing socialist scum...because Electricity and Water are resources which are billed for use..is its not possible to "snatch it from the needy and give it to greedy" they are not a free fund facility or charity.

they are doing exactly that. the water that is to be supplied to the city is instead being diverted to the project. so is the case with electricity, whether the rest of the city has it or not, Malik Riaz paid K-Electric a hefty amount for this. whereas, no addition to the capacity of pumping of water has been done, nor the generation capacity has been increased.

Strange. Population is increasing and people live in gated community or open blocks whats the difference. In gated community there is no electricity theft or tanker mafia. They pay for every single unit and drop, so it gets better rating. Its govt responsibility to increase power generation and water pumping not that we stop building new communities or blocks.
