Islamabad is Pakistans most developed city , followed by Lahore and 3rd is Karachi , but Karachi is the biggest among them all.

These 3 are the most developed in Pakistan followed by , Rawalpindi , Faisalabad , Mirpur ( Azad Kashmir ) and Jhelum , Peshawar also comes close .
