most of these name which you mention are given pre-partition with history attached to them Like goli mar which was the firing range of English troops before Independence.

But the main point of your post seems valid but only superficially ... Bhai Karachi always did what it could do politically peacefully from the days of Mutharma Fatima Jinnah till IK ....

So even after this If you think people of Karachi has done nothing than let me tell the only option left for Karachi is to support Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan as Army is listing the demands of TTP so may be after this Army would see the evil they have created by supporting PPP & MQM this long and then may be would pay the heed to the demands of Karachiites

this is Sharah-e-Faisal which connect the biggest AIrport of Pakistan, Sea Port, and sensitive defence installations of all 3 arm forces of Pakistan with the rest of the country

i did nto mean to pick arms here . citizens can do much more . way much more in peacfull manners . but karachi people need to learn about citizen ship and know their power first . they have huge power they can not use it .

jsut look diffrence of karachi and mumbai sir . it was honest advice karachi need a party whom stand for karachi kab tak roty dhoty raho gay .

there is no unity in karachi!!

itnay "chotya" qoum hai sarak peh koi bhi rung nasal ka paraishan hoga uski madad keh liye 50 alag alag rung nasal keh log kharay hojai gey lakin jahan mafia keh khilaf kharay honay ki baat aye gee inhi rahem dil logon ko koi politician koi mullah unite nai honay dayga!!

khi is systematically kept divided aur ya engineering bhi wardi qabza mafia ki hai! unite hojai gey toh in haramio ki illegal activities khatam hojai gee!

Where is PPP?

Karachi used to be a capital of Pakistan and generates highest revenue for the country.

Karachi continues to get worse. I was watching Loose talk and Late Moin Atkhtar character was complaining about how Karachi has become part of Arabian Sea.

someone needs to interview people of Karachi and ask about their political affiliation. Simple question of why they have no respect for themselves and their families? Keep voting for same people and expect different result.
