Karachi is already almost heavily populated, and Hardly can feed its citizen in current crisis situation, Government of Pakistan really have to groom other cities in Pakistan and create job oppurtunities there, so it won't put pressure on only one city.
Well Wiki is Bit tricky , most unreliable source
