Through sec 22A application by a lawyer sessions court judge could order police to file an FIR.Usually police officers do not lodge fir.They simply drag you , poor citizens face humiliation.Even an ordinary citizen could file 22A application for the FIR.You know haram khor police walas.
Its a bad decision to give sole power to police to lodge FIR.Now they will eat more and without the fear of anything.

You are suffering form Stockholm syndrome. Hundreds of people daily wiat outside the sp office hoping that there number would come.


This is only about protecting the human status of the client to not to be violated two times. First by the sho and then by the staff of or directly by the sp.

In the old system people would simply show the sho a middle finger .

"Hey if you aren't logging any fir iam going directly to the judge"

Now it's like

"OK Mr sho iam first approaching the sp and, based on your investigation which the sp will uphold anyways, then the judge"


The judge would severely reprimand the officer in charge if found guilty of obstructing justice - - - - -

This step is taken only to please the bahi bhanjay of fellow - - - - - - -who are part of the police service, to make them feel good - - - - - - -

If it is AS YOU CLAIM...then take it to the judge as violation of the rights of the public ...why isnt any lawyer doing the needful instead they are taking the judicial system hostage...And by going on strike, how are the cases, you so worry about moving?

Status quo will stay in effect unless we revamp the whole penal and administrative system of paksitan. Now it's more about a balancing act, you scratch my back, me yours.
