When he was asked by Supreme judicial council Why did not he declare the properties in UK owned by his wife and kids.The answer was !!!!
Did Imran Khan declare the properties of his wife and children???.

Actually, when asked about the properties in the name of his wife and children, the Judge responded that his children are adults, over the age of 18, are not dependents and that they acquired the properties through their own earnings in UK which is why they were not declared; in other words why would he declare properties belonging to his family which he does not own, much like Imran Khan who did not declare the properties of his the then wife Jemima and currently those of his children.

He is neither the first Judge to do that (remember Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui who requested the CJ to take notice of ISI's involvement in judicial matters) nor will he be the last. Every now and then, we will come across those who are either fed-up or simply have too much integrity to bend-over.

Justice Siddiqui might have had this right but I do think bringing in ISI was his way of getting limelight off from his horrible judicial orders. That guy was a bigot and although he went home on wrong reasons, but nonetheless, I am glad. Our judiciary should be clean of guys like him. Justice Isa on the other hand is an intellectual, it would be his insult to compare to that lowlife from IHC.

I do not know ex-Justice Siddiqui much; my information is from the electronic media only just as my information of Justice Isa is.

If we want to progress, really progress, we need a clean and conscious Judiciary.

Since his family members are not dependent on him as it was the case in ex-PM's Panama scandal, his stance is right will be proven in the court. He's not running away from the reference but trying to expose the executive the forces behind this reference which had only one motive; don't let this guy be the CJ.

Obviously a Noora will have problems with Nawaz being called his rightful name.



His wife and children will have to prove that they had sufficient income at the time of purchase to buy the property and that they were not the dependants of the good judge. He will face the might of the law. You Nooras can keep crying.
