I see that Judiciary is now operating with negative credibility. the esteemed judge made a remark that he is being targeted on social median and well its true. he is not being targeted but facing public POV about this character called judge qazi faez isa.

Yes but that can be contempt of court...we must remember how CJ nisar used to issue notices for contempt even words spoken in private gathering...we must change the law I think this blanket immunity to President or judges or any other person should not be there

The same contempt law is to secure Judges that are targeted given their judgments. In this scenario, the criticism is different. That contempt law is to support every judge that passes an order or judgement in any case so that none of the parties may attempt to defame the judge by any mean and eventually, judges on some point may feel threatened for their reputation. Case of Faez Isa is totally different whether in the Court of on Social Media. Since the sitting judge himself put into such a situation by arguing on fake documents and targeting the leadership, (even if it had to NS, Zardari etc), public anger is expected since Judge approach was flawed & misconceived.

My uncle was in the Intel service in the 60s they where then taking incriminating photos and films of judges/politicians in sting operations to blackmail them. It's just become much worse. The motives are not for national security now but pure power

Significance of this verdict is important. Even if Faiz Isa becomes CJP in future, then he may not able to take up any case against Imran Khan 'ever'. Based on seniority level, Isa may become CJP in 2023 for an year provided he gets a clean chit in money trail inquiry.

I believe law is clear whatever the scenario is ...criticism is not allowed..we either changed the law or abide by it ...and No previous judges were also targeting leadership with different name calling ...so it's nothing new for judiciary...we had a judge used to all channa wala or other ..no barometer to judge public anger..I have already said these selective application of rule and law for different persons will continue to create this issues...

Though Faez Esa is in-line to become CJP in future but keeping in view his biasness towards PMLN, he should not be promoted further.
