After this much shor and wawaila the culprit is not going to remain living in Kasur. And amazingly our brilliant Punjab police is looking for him in Kasur only. The rapist may very well have attended the mehfil e milad in Jatti Umrah, held the other day.

And even if that rapist gets caught it will take ages for us to see the justice happening (or not happening at all), what we should do is donate money to bribe a policeman to kill that bastard when he is caught.
