Just another boy trying to get recruited. Help please?

I took the board examinations of FSC-I in May and am due to get my Part 1 mark sheet in November. I wanted to apply for the GDP course in October. They require my part 1 mark sheet and a hope certificate issued by the college principal. I can get the hope certificate issued somehow but what about my mark sheet? I'll get the mark sheet hopefully before my ISSB call. Can I apply for the October course or should I wait for the next one?
