Illiteracy is the main base of all these problems.Look what happened in West Bengal tribal area.
Such news cant heard from South India or any other literate North India state.
Same goes to Pakistan .it is a problem in illiterate areas in this subcontinent

Whats wrong with people here in the subcontinent? Damn sad. The 40 member panchayat should be torched.

Wrong is that our justice system is too complicated to serve helpless people. Process it in within two week time and if proven guilty execute them all including the elders who order this. Hopefully this alone will be able to create a shortage of elders for other jirgas.
