well then may be there stupid Govt should stop appointing politicaliy influenced lawyers as higher court judges , and let the real judges get promoted to the higher post that they deserve and are only people competence enough to take it . but NO only in Pakistan where 92% of higher judiciary is made up of high profile political lawyers , and then one asks for a transparent higher judicery ? did you guys know the 96% of real appointed judges who start there journey as civil judges are forcefully retired when they reach district courts ? and then the politicians appoint there favourite lawyers as high court judges , who serve them as a lawyers and then as judges .... just amazing , !!
