Well, I don't know this "Everyone" but the report itself said the Report DID NOT CONSIDER the action on the other party. You can say whatever the hack you want, but the report said what the report said.

A.) I NEVER said USN Officer was not at fault, I said USN did not caused these collision, or rather, the cause of the collision is too early to determined. Go back and read my statement 5 months ago. On day two after Fitzgerald collided with Crystal, I already said the Captain is responsible for the dead and he will be relief of duty.
B.) You failure to understand person at fault does not mean they caused the collision, because to determine the cause, you ALWAYS need to consider the action of THE OTHER PARTY.
C.) Yes, you cannot determine the root cause of the collision until you consider all action by both party involved in the collision.

And by the court of law, IF YOU HAVE TO ACCUSE THE US Navy causing this collision, you need to show proof beyond reasonable doubt, because at the report, it stated why the people were dead, not who caused the collision. And ultimately responsible for the collision.

Unless you know something I don't, the SecNav don't and the US Navy don't all you said is brain fart quoted by a third person, and I can claim a lot of stuff too, that does not mean I can back up with facts. And if that is the case, you are intentionally misleading people, and lie about the point.

The tug is towing the destroyer, which mean they are at extreme close range, if a tug boat lost propulsion when it is towing the ship and drift into you at close range, there are no where you can go.

It's not like they were miles apart and there are more than enough room to dodge a non-seaworthy ship. I don't care how advance you are but if you are in a big truck and a motorcycle lost control and heading your way, unless there are some distant between you and the motorcycle, you are gonna get hit no matter what.

What do you want the destroyer to do? Shoot the tug boat down? I don't think they have enough time to unhook the towline.

We/PLA have the best training method to turn out the finest soldier that US cannot even matched. They don't rape, murder, drunk driving and draw penis on sky like the US counterpart when in service

Because the US has greatly reduced the standard to recruit soldiers. They often represent the lowest of their social strata. Often times, they are desperate and need to pay for some bank credit. Otherwise, a US soldier has a much greater chance to be killed in an immoral war than any other country; hence, smart guys like Trump or Bush never do military service even when it is required.
