So you think the Japanese are offering the Saudis the one thing the Americans won't and the Pakistanis apparently aren't selling: weapons-grade plutonium-processing technology?

Between the US, China, France, Argentina, South Korea and Japan all offering nuclear technology, doesn't take a brim surgeon to figure it out. I will leave you to ponder on that on your own.

Japan is asking for emergency oil supply in case of emergencies and disruption in oil supply, and in return they are offering Industrial technologies and Nuclear Technology.

Than Saudi Arabia should go for it they should also invest in alternate energy sources like Solar Power and Nuclear and also on Wind because they have huge coastal line and those areas mostly have strong winds
