50 students booked under terror laws

Muslim Town police have registered a case against 50 students on charges of torturing teachers of PU Law College, keeping them in illegal custody and resorting to firing.


Police have added sections of the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) and other sections of PPC to the case.



Four students have been nominated in the FIR while 46 are unidentified. The FIR has been lodged on the complaint of Prof Naeemullah.



The nominated accused include Malik Mubashar, Majid and Abuzar Ghaffari. However, the accused are at large and police are raiding to arrest them.
