In fact, both J-20 and WS-15 will be produced by Chengdu. Wikipedia has mistaken WS-15 to be produced by Shenyang.

The staffs from Chengdu are younger and more talented, with the average age of 35 years old. Now they are also getting as much of experience as the older staffs from Shenyang.

Not anytime soon. Chengdu also has a batch of other running projects, such as J-10BH (naval version of J-10B), the much-debated J-10C, and a rumored RCS-reduced variant of the JF-17.

Other companies also are churning out 5th-gen stealth fighters such as SAC (with their fighter-bomber and the J-16) and XAC (with their JH-7B)
