J-10 B's DSI. Hides engine better than F-18 E and F-22 and Su-57's S shaped intake

As you can see, DSI hides the entire engine, whereas S duct intake still show a lot of engine.

Doesn't having the intake on the bottom have repercussions though for the radar range? I think it was one of the issues faced on the F-16.

Nop. Eurofighter Typhoon has intake below the nose.
